Shipping:
Items are shipped on a monthly basis. This is to allow me to balance my time more effectively between making and admin. Goods will be shipped out on the last Monday of the month.
Domestic orders can take up to 5-6 business days, (or longer depending on the circumstances).
International orders can take up to 5-15 business days, (or longer depending on the circumstances).
If you’d rather come and collect your order please get in touch to arrange this, shipping costs can be refunded accordingly if this is organised.
When an item is sent from my studio to be shipped abroad, it is in the jurisdiction of the receiving country’s postage service and customs. If for whatever reason something goes missing, please get in touch with myself and the postage companies. I’ll always try my best to help the situation but occasionally things can go astray, in which case please get in touch and we can arrange a refund or for another order to be sent out. This happens very rarely and I deal with any instances of breakage/missing items on a case by case basis.
Returns & refunds:
In the event your object is broken on arrival please reach out immediately. I will seek to rectify this as quickly as possible. Shopping will be provided for you to return the broken item and in turn a replacement or refund will be sent out. Please note that contact about a damaged arrival past a month of the delivery day will be handled on a case by case basis.
Care instructions.
Please hand wash my ceramics. If an object requires special instructions to best maintain the object, this will be noted via both the online shop as well as directly with the customer.
All my ceramics are made using food safe glazes. In the event an object is made using a glaze that is not food safe this will be noted on items in the shop.
